Do you want to learn how to make bone broth, or have you wanted to make your own fermented foods? Talk about nutrient dense foods – these are medicinal foods that can heal! These are a couple of time honored traditions that pack punch of healthy goodies… and we’ll talk about that as you make your own batches.
- Workshop A – Vegetable & Dairy:

A Workshop is approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
It’s a Demonstration and Hands-On workshop. At these workshops you will be able to create these healthy foods and products yourself – and be able to do it again, and again on your own.
When – A Workshop can be scheduled at your convenience – let’s schedule a time.
Where – In the privacy of your home in the Orange County or Inland Empire within a 20 mile radius from Irvine, CA. (Other locations would incur a travel fee based on the location).
Cost per Workshop – $45 pp for groups of 4 or more. Each workshop (other than bone broth) includes instruction, ingredients, supplies and jars. You go home with your what you made (fermenting vege’s, yogurt or kefir), as well as some supplies so that you can easily make it again!

Judy came highly recommended from a friend as being an expert at fermenting foods, and a great instructor as well. So, I hosted a workshop, and she delivered on both accounts! She is pleasant, present, and professional. In just a couple hours, I learned how to make kefir, yogurt and then sauerkraut, plus how to incorporate them into recipes. Yum! Delicious fun. Everything was nicely organized, and cleanup was easy, too.
